On February 26, 2020, a delegation from the Republic of Poland arrived in Kostanay on a working visit. It is headed by the Chairman of the Management Board of Almari Agro Sp. Z O.o. Mr. Ordanic Bartlomey. The delegation also included representatives of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency.

During the visit, members of the delegation held a number of meetings with representatives of the Akimat of the Kostanay region, JSC «Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation «Tobol», JSC NC «Kazakh Invest». The main topics of the meetings were the agricultural resources of the region and potential areas of cooperation.

The program of the visit included visits to a number of agricultural enterprises, so the Polish delegation got acquainted with the work of «Bislan» LLP in Auliekol district, «Alash» Agrofirm» LLP in Zhitikara district, «Akkol» LLP in Kamysty district.

The guests showed interest in cooperating on a wide range of proposed areas; separate investment projects were also highlighted, for which more detailed study will be conducted in the future.
